How I Can Support You

Many people reach out for therapy when something that once felt manageable starts to feel heavier.
You might notice anxiety showing up more often, relationships feeling more complicated, or uncertainty about where you are in life. Below are some of the areas I often focus on in my work.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Anxiety can be constant and exhausting. You may find yourself replaying conversations, second-guessing everything, feeling on edge even when nothing is “wrong", or your mind racing at night. Therapy can help you quiet your mind, understand what’s beneath the worry, and feel more calm and connected to yourself.

Relationships & Attachment (Individuals & Couples)

If relationships feel confusing or painful, it may be a sign of old patterns repeating themselves. Maybe you find yourself rereading texts, clinging on to partners, constantly worrying or being unfaithful.

This work can involve exploring attachment dynamics individually or with a partner, helping relationships feel more secure, connected, and understood. I also work with couples navigating conflict, emotional distance, or recurring patterns.

Life Transitions

Navigating the changes of your twenties and thirties can feel very overwhelming. Whether you’re dealing with a career change, breakup, move, or exploring your identity, these transitions can bring fear and self-doubt. Therapy can help you find steadiness during uncertain times and reconnect with who you are.
