Hi, I'm Jenna!
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. Growing up in California — and having lived throughout both Northern and Southern California — I’ve always felt connected to the diverse stories and experiences of the people who live here.
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — how we feel, why we relate the way we do, and what helps us find clarity and connection. I feel passionately about giving people a space to be heard in a world that is often chaotic, fast-paced, and hard to navigate alone. Clients describe me as calm, warm, and a therapist who asks thought provoking questions. My style is reflective and collaborative, grounded in deep curiosity and compassion.
I’m not here to offer quick fixes or surface-level advice. Instead, I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we make sense of your patterns, your relationships, and the parts of you that deserve more understanding and care.

A Blend of Clinical Insight & Human Connection

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship — one that invites curiosity, honesty, and compassion. Our work together is a space to slow down, understand your inner world, and explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
My approach is psychodynamic and attachment-based, meaning we’ll pay attention to how your past experiences and emotional history inform the present. At the same time, I integrate practical tools to help you navigate life with more ease and clarity.
I aim to create a space that feels warm and collaborative — grounded in reflection. You don’t have to come to therapy with everything figured out. We’ll make sense of things together, at your pace.
